I started training with Molly beginning of February 2021. Since then, I’ve learned a lot about nutrition and workouts. She has taught me how to have weight loss be adaptable to my lifestyle. She continues to push me to help me reach my goals. It’s now July 2021, and I’ve lost 65 pounds. I used to believe I needed a gym membership, but I’ve only been doing home workouts. I also recently started doing workout classes once a week to change scenery, which she fully supports. She doesn’t just care about weight loss but also your mental health and physical health. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to stop living an unhappy life and achieve their goals.

Before working out with Molly, I only followed the workout routines I saw on Instagram. I could only understand why I never saw results once she explained what I was doing wrong. Molly helped increase my lower body weight training personal records by 20%+ across the board in two weeks after our first two sessions. Because of her knowledge of biomechanics, she was able to run me through a variety of exercises and pick out the weak and most inflexible muscles and provide me with a customized regimen to improve those areas. I am forever thankful Molly found me and helped me take the leap towards achieving my goals. That’s right, she found me! I posted a rant on TikTok and she reached out, introducing me to a whole new relationship with food. I’m no longer afraid to eat certain foods or constantly wondering if I’m counting the right things. Molly is the best trainer that I have trained with. She’s very knowledgeable and passionate about helping you reach your goals. As a former college baseball player that was forced to stop playing because my shoulder gave out. I did not believe I was ever going to throw without pain again. Since working out with Molly I’ve not only been able to play catch without pain, but I’ve pitched in an amateur game and felt great! Besides performance, I’m also finally seeing my physique goals come to life, that other trainers told me I just didn’t have the genes for. Her personality is infectious! She created a workout plan that fits my lifestyle along with guiding me on nutrition. I have been working with Molly for several months now. Along, with being extremely personable and relatable, She is extremely knowledgeable and has taken time to teach me so much. I learned the importance of rest and recovery and how essential it is to be sure you are stretching your muscles. Molly always checks in to see how you are doing during the week. I’ve been working out for years by myself and had never had a trainer before. Training by yourself it’s easy to get stagnant and I was finding that I felt like I didn’t know what to do in the gym anymore to reach my goals. Molly is amazing. She switched up my whole routine and had me seeing results within the first month. Molly showed me workouts that I had never done before and targeted areas/muscles that I had never been able to reach before. Training in person once a week is super helpful! Since some of the workouts I had never done I was able to have her make sure I was doing everything correctly and made me feel more confident in the gym on the days I was alone. The app is also an amazing tool with the videos it offers and being able to add in notes. She also helped me with a nutrition plan. My goal is to gain and she gave me all the tips and tricks to add extra calories/protein to meals I was already eating. She’s very motivating without being overwhelming like some trainers can be. She super understanding to my needs but also holds me accountable to do what I need to do to reach my goals. Overall, she’s an amazing trainer and I would 100% recommend her to anyone!!

I have been working out for years because I wanted to lose weight. However, what Molly helped me realize is that I never really had “a goal”. Just losing weight is not specific and therefore is almost impossible to achieve. I didn’t say how much I wanted to lose nor how I planned to get there. Once she squeezed an actual goal out of me she helped me plan out exactly how to get there. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is always so personalized, so organized, and most importantly she really, genuinely does care about you and your goals. Molly is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She was constantly checking in with me, asking what I needed from her, how she could make me the best me, and asked what I felt was the biggest thing from stopping me to getting where I want to be. My answer was lack of motivation. I think everyone can relate to that.. you get all motivated so you buy healthy groceries, meal prep, plan what days to workout, etc. and then by the following week or two you fall back to square one. Molly was there to support me when those humps came along and she just basically said get back up, what’s done is done, don’t let it stop you from changing your tomorrow! Personally, this was so so so helpful! It’s easy to get discouraged but she was my backbone that I didn’t even know I needed! If you’re thinking about beginning to work with her I would 110% recommended doing so!

Molly is such a wonderful person who will really listen to your needs and help find the best path forward. She goes above and beyond and will throw out ideas and workouts you would never think to do that have such a big impact. They are all reasonable and she starts you at the level you’re at and helps you with your path to your goals. She will always make adjustments and hear you out when something isn’t quite working. My cousin referred me to Molly to help get me started on a workout plan. I was a little nervous at first, but Molly is very relatable and personable. She cares so much about how you are doing mentally and physically. If there is an exercise that puts too much strain on you or isn’t working for you, she accommodates that. She wants you to achieve your goals and be successful. What’s also special about Molly is how devoted she is. She would record videos and walk me through exactly how to do an exercise.
