About Molly

I'll give you a "shortened" version of why I do what I do.

I joke that my fitness journey started when in the womb because my mom is an athlete and played tennis until she gave birth. Everyone says fitness is their passion, but I live for it. Growing up, I played every sport imaginable. I started lifting and fell in love with powerlifting until I was in a car accident that left me with injuries surgery couldn't fix. My injuries sparked my fascination with corrective exercise and injury prevention (often called prehab and rehab). 


I got into coaching to create programs to help others reach their goals. I know what it's like to be frustrated and struggle to feel my best and reach my goals; I don't want you to feel like I used to.  


I aim to take an individualized approach to help you reach your goals. My focus is mobility, injury prevention, and athletic performance. Whether you're rehabbing an injury, new to working out, or have years of physical training, I am qualified to work with you.  


My health and wellness training is for individuals wanting to improve the way they move and feel confident in their bodies. These training programs motivate you to be your best self and set you up for success with personalized workouts, nutrition advice, and accountability. 


My performance training is for athletes wanting to take it to the next level. These training programs focus on injury prevention, speed, agility, quickness, foundational strength, and explosive power training.
