Remote Movement Coaching is designed for individuals looking for a more individualized, adaptive approach to training and movement.
This is not a cookie-cutter program or a one-size-fits-all template. Every client begins with an application and consultation process to determine whether we’re the right fit to work together. From there, programming is built around your goals, movement patterns, training history, lifestyle, and current needs.
Your coaching experience may include movement analysis, neuromechanics-informed programming, corrective exercise, mobility and performance work, weekly check-ins, ongoing adjustments, and regular reanalysis to ensure your program continues evolving with you.
Coaching is delivered through TrueCoach, with options for fully remote or hybrid support through Wellness Hills Performance.
This approach is best suited for individuals who are serious about learning, improving, and taking an active role in their movement and performance long-term.

In-Person Movement Coaching is for individuals who want more than a standard training program.
My work combines movement assessment, corrective exercise, neuromechanics-informed training, and performance coaching to address the underlying factors influencing how your body moves, performs, and adapts.
Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance, returning from injury, or working through persistent movement limitations, each session is individualized to your goals and designed to help you move with greater confidence, control, and resilience.
Sessions are held in person at Wellness Hills Performance Center.

Consultation & Mentorship sessions are available for both individuals seeking movement guidance and professionals looking for support in their own development.
For clients, consultations provide an opportunity to discuss movement concerns, training strategies, rehabilitation considerations, performance goals, and next steps for moving forward.
For trainers, coaches, students, and movement professionals, these sessions can be used for mentorship, case discussions, programming questions, career guidance, and developing a deeper understanding of movement, assessment, and coaching.
Sessions are conducted virtually via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom. Following submission of your request, you will be contacted to schedule your session.
Relevant videos, assessments, programs, or supporting documents may be submitted before your consultation to allow for a more comprehensive review.
