Train with individualized guidance designed around your body, goals, and current movement needs. Each private session blends mobility work, corrective exercise, strength development, and performance-based conditioning to help you move better, feel stronger, and build long-term resilience.
Sessions are held in person at Wellness Hills Performance Center, providing a professional environment equipped for focused one-on-one coaching and lasting results.
Targeted, results-driven bodywork designed to improve tissue quality, restore mobility, and support overall performance. Sessions combine multiple techniques based on your needs to help reduce pain, enhance recovery, and keep your body moving efficiently.
Each session is customized to what your body needs most that day.

By providing virtual consultations, I hope to make services more accessible to clients. These are for online clients who want to schedule additional check-in calls, past clients who want to check in, or new clients who want to do a consultation. They are provided through a phone call, FaceTime, or Zoom. We will contact you to schedule your session after you fill out the form.
